Alberto Paracchini, Secretary

Alberto Paracchini serves as President and Chief Executive Officer for Byline Bank, a role he’s held since 2013. Prior to joining Byline, Alberto held numerous executive positions in financial services for nearly 20 years. He served as Principal for BXM Holdings, Inc., a community bank-focused investment fund and spent 16 years at Popular, Inc. where he held leadership positions in both banking and mortgage subsidiaries. From 2006 through 2008, Alberto served as President and CFO of Popular Financial Holdings and CFO of E-Loan, an internet banking and mortgage company. Alberto graduated from Marquette University and received his M.B.A., with honors, from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, with a focus on Finance and Business Economics. He currently serves on the board for Junior Achievement of Chicago and is a member of the Cook County Council of Economic Advisors and Economic Club of Chicago.

He was born and raised in Puerto Rico and resides in Winnetka with his wife Aimee, where they are raising their three daughters. Alberto has completed seven Ironman triathlons and continues to enjoy swimming, cycling and running.
