Jasper is the Program Manager for Scale Link. Before coming to Scale Link he worked at the NC Rural Center, overseeing their disaster recovery program and working with their CDFI, Thread Capital. Jasper is passionate about the CDFI industry and the impact it can have on disadvantaged communities. Jasper is a native of NC and in his spare times enjoys reading and watching obscure movies.
