Nicole Jansma is the Guarantee Manager for Scale Link. She brings over a decade of experience in community development finance, with a focus on data, impact, and building systems that support small business lending. Prior to joining, Nicole held roles at Accessity, where she led initiatives in data strategy, credit modeling, and impact reporting. Her work is grounded in a commitment to expanding access to capital for underserved entrepreneurs. Nicole holds an MBA from the University of Maryland and a BA from The George Washington University, and serves as a board member for Re-Member, a nonprofit supporting the Oglala Lakota community on the Pine Ridge Reservation.
